Attractive hardcover in lightly soiled cream illustrated cloth showing horses in gilt running in a field on cover, gilt title on spine, black illustration on rear cover. Not exlib, no names or tears, hinge papers are fine. Some foxing and occasional finger soil on Some preliminary pages. Matching illustrated endpapers as the cover art. Spine ends bumped, tips fairly sharp with lightly brushed lower frt board tip. title page lists both J. M. Dent London and E. P. Dutton Ny 1915. Colored frontispiece and 23 other full page color plates all present along with a multitude of line drawings throughout. Book now in a removable clear polyester cover to protect the book going forward.
