B&W Illustrations; This is a smaller than trade sized paperback book with heavy-duty limp cloth covers and a glued spine. The book is in Good condition and was issued without a dust jacket. The book is in generally clean condition, but has some noticeable rubbing and edge wear. The text pages are clean and bright, though there is some light generalized toning. There is an ink stamped name and address of a Boy Scout council on the front inside cover of the book, and an inkstamped owner's name on the title page. "Sea Scouts are a part of the Scout movement, with a particular emphasis on boating and other water-based activities on the sea, rivers or lakes (canoeing, rafting, scuba, sailboarding). Sea Scouts can provide a chance to sail, cruise on boats, learn navigation, learn how to work on engines and compete in regattas. Sea Scouts often have distinctive uniforms. In some countries or Scout organizations, Sea Scouting is a program just for older Scouts. " (from Wikipedia)
