Lacking the first gathering, so unfortunately lacking the decorative title page, printed title page, and eight pages of text, which comprised some introductory material and the table of contents. [These are supplied in photocopy, from a copy at the U of Toronto Library]. Inner front hinges are cracking; ink stamp on the rear fly leaf from the City of Castello / Carabinieri Pontefic, and in pen: Citta di Castello; very good otherwise. A scarce book of humorous short pieces by Brusoni [born 1633], novelist and historian. Offered with all faults.
