The Corner Stone

Textblock is complete (prefatory matter + 100 pages) and clean; binding cracked between page 10 and 11, but the pages are safely sewn in and are not coming loose; front hinge secure; rear hinge split just before rear flyleaf--rear endpapers are intact, but the wraps are beginning to separate from the pageblock at this split; previous owner writing on half-title page. Stiff wraps have considerable edgewear, but the front embossed illustration with author/title look quite good. Top corner of paper/wraps bends upward.
