Mounted (photographic ) frontispiece, reproducing part of the original document. 8vo, pp.xxxiii, 113, slightly worn mid-blue cloth with gilt titles on front cover, small dent to the leading edge of the front cover, EX-LIBRARY, spine head and tail slightly pulled, small brown spot on back cover, small brown spot and shelf number on spine, fore and bottom edges uncut, all edges a little dusty, library stamp on all edges, library bookplate on front paste-down endpaper, navy blue endpapers and half-title unevenly stained, some foxing to all edges and on some of the page margins throughout, pp.109-113 unopened. Very scarce.
